In a bid to get cracking on with my Christmas cards I needed to design a Mini Christmas card. Of course I had to use my first ever Christmas stamp set......love love love!!!
The set is called Ice Skater and although she was designed with Christmas cards in mind, I think she is quite versatile. Try changing the colour pallet for a winter birthday card perhaps in shades of blue?

Here's a little step by step tutorial......quick and easy!
1 - Create a mat using the red card stock. Adhere double sided tape to the back and stick it to the white card blank.
2 - Stamp the Ice Skater and the icicles directly onto the white card and cut to size.
3 - Colour the Iceskater with your Promarkers.
4 - Next add glitter to your images using the glue pen.
5 - Adhere foam pads to the back of the stamped images and place directly on top of the red mat layer.
6 - Stamp the banner image onto white card, cut it out then adhere it to the card using double sided tape.
7 - Punch out a snowflake and glue in place.
8 - Add a sparkly gem to the centre of the snowflake
Ta Da!! you now have completed a mini Christmas Card.
